Job Description:
Position Overview:
Irwindale Speedway is seeking a diligent and detailoriented Administrative Data Entry Assistant to join our team. This role is vital to our administrative operations focusing on accurate data entry recordkeeping and general office support tasks. The ideal candidate will be efficient reliable and capable of managing multiple tasks with precision.
Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data accurately into various databases and systems.
• Assist in maintaining and organizing electronic and physical records.
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
• Generate reports and summaries based on data as requested by management.
• Provide general administrative support including filing answering phones and managing correspondence.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and events.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Support other departments as needed with datarelated tasks.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures in all tasks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or office administration is a plus.
• Previous experience in data entry or administrative support roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) and data entry software.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with office equipment such as printers and scanners.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
