Job Title: Check-In Admin/Assistant (Floating Position)

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM

We're seeking a dedicated Check-In Admin/Assistant to support our team and help ensure our office runs smoothly. This position offers variety, as you will float between administrative and clinical support roles.

Position Overview: As a Check-In Admin/Assistant , you will play a vital role in providing a smooth and welcoming experience for our patients. This floating position involves checking in patients, assisting with front desk responsibilities, and providing clinical support to our dental team as needed. If you're a multi-tasker with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in holistic wellness, we would love to have you join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Check-In: Greet patients upon arrival, verify personal and insurance information, and manage patient intake forms.
• Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, answering phone calls, scanning, and patient data entry.
• Clinical Assistance: Provide dental assistance during procedures, prepare rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure patient comfort.
• Team Support: Float between administrative and clinical duties, providing flexible assistance to keep the practice running smoothly.
• Patient Education: Help educate patients about their treatment plans, wellness, and preventive care as directed by the dental team.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a dental is required.
• CPR certificate
• HEP B. Vaccine
• Minimum 2 years of Dental Assisting
• Strong customer service skills and a welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to different roles throughout the day.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Dentrix is a plus (willing to train the right candidate).

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 36 per week
