$25.00 - $27.00 per hour / DOE
Monday to Friday / 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM (occasionally 3:30 PM)
30-32 hours/week
We are a small, family-owned business in the city of Buena Park specializing in high-quality water filtration systems and dedicated to providing excellent service to our customers. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and driven part-time Accounts Payable Clerk with a strong background in QuickBooks and office administration. In this role, you will handle A/P and A/R duties, including invoice entry, manage supplier orders, and assist with various administrative functions to keep our operations running smoothly. Accounts Payable Clerk Responsibilities
Prior experience using QuickBooks for data entry and accounting tasks.
Place orders with suppliers and track delivery statuses.
Keep the team updated on supplier order and shipment statuses.
Assist with general office tasks such as filing, document organization, phone management, and other administrative support as needed.
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Accounts Payable Clerk Requirements
Must have experience using QuickBooks for invoicing and general accounting tasks.
Previous office or administrative experience.
Strong organizational skills and experience with office duties.
Clear, concise, and effective communication with team members and suppliers.
A self-starter who can work independently and shows initiative.
