Job Description

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our clients team in Broadview Heights, Ohio. In this role, you will manage a variety of accounting tasks, including handling both accounts payable and receivable. Responsibilities: - Process and manage full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. - Interact with manufacturers to maintain strong relationships and address any financial inquiries. - Oversee day-to-day accounting tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards. - Contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparing necessary reports. - Perform data entry and invoice processing with a high level of precision and attention to detail. - Act as a utility player by stepping into various accounting functions as needed to support the team. Requirements - Understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. - Excellent organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively. - Strong communication skills for interacting with manufacturers and other stakeholders. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
