Job Title: Email and SMS Marketing Specialist
Schedule: M-F, 9 am-5 pm PST

Job Description:
As an Email and SMS Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in crafting impactful marketing campaigns aimed at building strong relationships and driving conversions. You will leverage your expertise to create tailored email and SMS communications that resonate with our client’s audience, ultimately fostering engagement and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
Moderate knowledge of Email & SMS Marketing
Experience with Email & SMS Service Providers including Klaviyo, Attentive, Sendlane, Postscript
Be able to export raw data from any of the above platforms and analyze the data
Gather and extract data
Develop and manage targeted email and SMS marketing campaigns that align with organizational goals and enhance customer engagement.
Create persuasive and engaging content that reflects the brand’s voice and encourages user interaction.
Segment and analyze audience data to tailor messaging and improve campaign performance.
Organize data to be digestible, legible, and aesthetically pleasing
Be able to determine what changes occurred in the Email and -SMS programs during that time period and WHY
Receive and act upon ad hoc data requests, including, but not limited to:
Ex: "How did our August sale perform compared to our pre-BFCM sale last November"
Ex: "How is the AB test for the current pop-up performing? Which one should we graduate?"
Ex: "Did the campaign that featured the free socks GWP perform better than the one where we featured free bag GWP?"
Ex: "Why is the click rate down on the last 8 campaign sends?
Must have at least 3 years of experience in email and SMS marketing.
Experience with Email & SMS Service Providers including:
Klaviyo, Attentive, Sendlane, and Postscript
Excellent Communication Skills both written and Oral
Proven ability to analyze performance metrics and derive actionable insights for campaign improvement.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
Knowledge of compliance and regulation standards for email and SMS marketing.
